I'm really, truly still around...
but between the flu, and trying to clean up our HORRIBLE house, and doctor appointments, and getting ready for KINDERGARTEN HOLY CRAP...I just haven't been around. Not that I don't have something to say, I just don't feel too interesting at the moment.
Baby is crawling. She has two teeth, can say mama, dada, bra-ba (for brandon), my ba (for my bottle), and she even said grand-mom. She's also trying to stand on her own. It's happening so fast - one minute, she was 8 1/2 months old, and not doing anything. The minute she turned 9 mos, she took off. She's trying to drive the car.
Bran got screened for kindergarten and scored in the 97th percentile. Kids his age typically score in the 50th percentile. We're not so worried about trying to get him into school in the fall now.
Craig didn't get laid off from Sprint, not that we were worried.
We all had the flu, it sucked donkey nutz. Fer reals.
I'm tired of the GOD DAMNED COLD.
I also need to trim my nails, it's fucking hard to type with dragon claws.

addy is just a little over 8 months now and is doing so much too. which (generally) makes for a more pleasant baby.

i can't believe she's talking so much! god, she makes the deals sound simple-minded. granted delia is *running* now, but i think if *i* had picked the developmental track, she'd be more into chatting and less into CLIMBING ON BOOKSHELVES. which she did yesterday and HELLO SHE IS ONLY ONE.
i want a talky baby. is the m-girl chubbalcious now?
Well hell. Your 9 month old talks more than my almost-16 month old. Bah to you. I'm glad Craig didn't get the big pink paper from Sprint. And now I'm not moving until April because my husband can't negotiate simple paperwork without assistance yet can design bridges for you to drive on. Bah again.

I think talking is better than climbing, but after a while, the talking gets NOISY. Let's trade for a day, and see what happens. Also, Brandon started talking later than Melena, but Melena has the benefit of *me* and *brandon* talking to her, which says a lot. Because Brandon can probably talk a pre-teen girl in circles. Hello, he interrupts himself. So really, I almost envy you, with three girls

Hahaha, I love that...can't negotiate simple paperwork, but can design a bridge. Sounds like Craig, but he's getting better. Man, I can't get past that. I lol'ed when I read it, lol!
